This shot of Heather is near the abandoned lift at Summit East. In order to access this spot a short hike of just a few minutes is needed. This was the last day of operation at the ski area before the pineapple express came in and triggered the landslide/avalanche that knocked down lift towers and moved houses off of their foundations. A good powder day though, let's hope for more this year.
